Return Policy

Effective Date: July 23, 2025

Due to the custom and artistic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

 – The item is damaged in transit, or

 – An incorrect product was delivered.

Return Procedure:

 – Report issues within 2 days of delivery with clear photos.

 – Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund.

Note: Slight color or texture variations are normal and do not qualify for return.
